Products include: apparel; corporate identity products; electronics; gifts; luggage; printed matter; sporting goods; and toys.
Buyers Bridge qualified Mainland China vendors, drafted specifications; procured samples, negotiated pricing and provided ongoing first article inspection and work-in-process (WIP) and final inspections services. In addition, we arrange for door-to-door freight services and logistical support.

This program had been managed at arm's length by our client and utilized multiple vendors in Mainland China , Malaysia and Thailand . Whenever a new product was rolled out or there was a production problem, the client air lifted staff into the region in an effort to resolve problems.
Buyers Bridge consolidated manufacturing with two vendors in Mainland China , transferred the tooling, incorporated rigorous in-process inspection processes, and managed the entire supply chain through delivery to the multinational customer in China .

This client was purchasing a wide range of Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) products, such as cutting tools, fasteners, motors and safety items from distributors, manufacturers' representatives and trading companies. The goods were used to support operations in eight locations in Canada .
Buyers Bridge analyzed their annual buy and determined that large cost savings were possible by establishing a direct relationship with manufacturers in Greater China. We translated their specifications into Chinese and placed requests for quotations (RFQs) with pre-qualified vendors in China .
